Whether you're arriving at the Kingston airport, heading to a business meeting, or planning a special event in Jamaica, our professional drivers and luxury fleet ensure a smooth and stylish ride.
48-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE FOR FULL REFUND
​I - Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of E and J Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”) chauffeur services. By booking or using our services, you (“Client” or “Passenger”) agree to comply with these terms.
II - Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Any outstanding balances must be settled before the service commences.
III - Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
IV - Service Rules & Passenger Conduct

Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed before additional waiting charges apply.

Smoking, drug use, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) will be charged to the client.
V - Waiting Time & Additional Charges

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for standard pickups; beyond this, additional charges apply.

For airport pickups, a 60-minute waiting period is included. After this, additional waiting fees will be charged.

Additional stops not included in the original booking may incur extra charges.
VI - Liability & Disclaimers

We strive to provide punctual and reliable service but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or violates our terms.
VII - Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.
VIII - Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide our service.
IX - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
X - Special Events & VIP Bookings

Special event bookings (e.g., weddings, corporate events, concerts, and private tours) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations for special events made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Additional waiting time or changes to the itinerary on the day of the event may incur extra charges.

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely departures from venues. If a chauffeur is required to wait beyond the agreed time, hourly overtime charges will apply.

Any special requests (e.g., car seat, refreshments, security escort coordination) must be arranged at least 7 days before the event and may incur additional charges.
XI - Damage Deposit & Liability for Special Events

For special event bookings where alcohol consumption is anticipated (e.g., weddings, parties, corporate celebrations), a damage deposit of $150 (US) - SUV’s $300 - Sprinter may be required before service begins.

The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the service, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Clients are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to spills, stains, burns, or physical damage caused by passengers.

A cleaning fee of up to $150.00 (US) may apply for spills, excessive littering, or vomiting inside the vehicle.

If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client will be billed for the full cost of repairs and cleaning.

The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service immediately if passengers engage in unruly, intoxicated, or dangerous behavior, with no refund provided.
XII - Alcohol & Marijuana Policy
Alcohol Consumption

Clients 21 years and older (or the legal drinking age in Jamaica) may consume alcohol in the vehicle, provided it is done responsibly.

NO Glass bottles.

Open containers must be handled with care to prevent spills.

Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers will result in immediate termination of service, with no refund provided.

A cleaning fee of up to $150.00 (US) will be charged for spills, excessive littering, or vomiting due to alcohol consumption.
Marijuana & Controlled Substances

The consumption, smoking, or possession of marijuana or any controlled substances is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles, regardless of local decriminalization laws.

Any passenger found using or carrying illegal substances will have their ride immediately terminated, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

A decontamination fee of up to $200.00 (US) will apply if smoking occurs inside the vehicle, as it may require professional cleaning and odor removal.
